Feldschloesschen- Beer

During our holiday in Germany , we tried some local food in a restaurant called Feldschloesschen - Stammhaus ( Dresden ) The building is a heritage with a protected turbine for brewery which is now turn into restaurants and museum. The house serves blonde beer and dark beer which was said to be one of the best in Dresden.

We tried the in-house beef stew and roasted pork knee for dinner and boiled pork knee for lunch on the next day. .

The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and cozy, filled with people , with colorful Christmas decoration and old antique equipments.
The waitress were extremely friendly , serving time was fast and foods price were reasonable.

In House Beef Stew Rating : 7/10

Boiled pork Knee Rating : 7.5 /10

The highlight was, everyday they have something special items for the day
We had special beer of 3 Litters costing at 11.10 Euro and on normal days it was 19 euro.
Many Germans were looking at us thinking we wouldnt have finished it.

My wife and I drank till the last drop, We grinned and walked out steadily from the restaurant to our hotel.
